Bathurst 12 Hour
Long Weekend
Thursday 11th February - Monday 15th February 2027
Limited to a maximum of 40 guests
All Members are invited to join us on the BMW Car Club Vic
Bathurst 12 Hour Weekend getaway.
The Full package for this event includes:
- 3 days at an exclusive Pit Garage Corporate Suite including morning and afternoon tea, lunch and beverages. Additionally, breakfast on Sunday.
- 4 nights accommodation at The Big Trout Motel, Oberon (Check in 11th Feb, Check out 15th Feb. 2027)
- Sunday evening pizza night.
Group bookings will be made for the evening meals at a selection of Oberon's finest venues. Note: evening meals and drinks at own cost except Sunday Pizza night.

The price shown for the Corporate Suite has not been confirmed.
Based on 4 nights accommodation the cost for the weekend includes 3 components:
- Pit Lane Corporate Suit TBA per person
- Add optional accommodation type:
- Queen & Single Room (1 person) TBA per night
- Queen & Single Room (2 persons) TBA per night
- Queen & Single Room (3 persons) TBA per night
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at The Big Trout Motel:
- 15 only rooms each with a Queen and Single bed
3. Add optional Bus Service:
We will arrange Sinclair Bus Service to pick us up form The Big Trout Motor Inn in the morning, take us to the track and shuttle us back late afternoon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The bus can take 25 passengers each day. Daily cost for a return trip is TBA per day.
Getting There:
Travel mode is at your discretion and cost.
Options are:
- Road trip in convoy leaving Wallan BP Truck Stop Outbound
- Road trip on own
- Domestic air travel to Bathurst via Sydney
Payment:
Because this event is strictly limited to 40 guests and /or room availability an initial payment of TBA is required on registration to secure your spot. This payment will be used to secure the Corporate Suite. The outstanding balance payment will be advised and required closer to the event once pricing for the corporate suite costs have been finalised by Supercars Corporate Experiences.
Special Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellation after any up front payments by BMWCCV to venue / providers will incur scaled cancellation fees.
Acceptance of guest registrations will be at the discretion of BMWCCV.
