4th - 8th March 2026

Display your car where the "big boys" play at the Australian Grand Prix

FIRST STEP: REGISTER YOUR INTERST BY 5th JANUARY 2026

SECOND STEP: Send Full details of car and one colour photo of car to be displayed via email to: events@bmwcarclubvic.com.au

If you have not completed both steps, you will not be considered.

Note: Our display is limited to 10 vehicles this year.

Preference will be given to those who have not displayed previously. 

NOTE: IF ALL SPOTS ARE TAKEN, PLEASE PLACE YOUR NAME ON THE WAITLIST TO BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL SELECTION PROCESS

Successful cars will be selected and all applicants will be notified, then invoiced.

You must be prepared to deliver your car on Wednesday 4th March 2026 and leave it for the duration of the event until 8:00pm Sunday 8th March 2026.

Display Cars will be charged $260 ea, which enables successful members to two transferable 4 day General Admission passes to the Australian F1 Grand Prix and 1 Live Fast Motor Fast cap (value over $600.00)

All invoices MUST be paid in full within 24 hours of date of invoice, failure to do so will void your registration and be passed onto the next in line.
