This will be held at Essendon BMW, 1 Centro Circuit, Essendon Fields on Monday 20th October

Starting at 6.00pm, join us for nibbles prior to the AGM at 7:00pm

Please ensure you register so we can cater for correct numbers

The AGM will be followed by an interactive talk by Petrina Astbury, our guest speaker

Petrina Astbury

We are honoured to have Petrina Astbury as our guest speaker for our October Member Night.

Since 2022, Petrina has been State Council Chair for Motorsport Australia and in 2025 was elected to the Board of Motorsport Australia.

She has a professional career as a senior executive in workplace conflict and people dynamics. Her personal passion is in grassroots motorsport having competed, officiated and organised club events for over 23 years.

She continues to be a powerhouse supporting MSCA Committees and 12 Car Clubs including BMWCCV.  She is a strong advocate for growing motorsport through increasing opportunities to engage women in a variety of roles in the sport.

We encourage our female club members to attend this event to listen and be inspired by Petrina as she shares her insights and experiences navigating club and motorsport communities.

Petrina’s dedicated track car is a Lotus Elise and her daily driver is ‘almost’ a BMW – a Mini Cooper S.  Petrina is a BMWCCV member and was a driver on our BMW W Team (Women's Team) at this year's Porsche Regularity.
