Annual General Meeting

August 23rd

Preliminary Notice of AGM

August 30th

Formal Notice of AGM – lists vacant positions and provides nomination forms

September 13th

Nominations for Committee and any general business items must be received by 5pm

September 27th

Final AGM notice and proxy forms distributed

October 2nd

Proxy forms must be returned to Secretary by 5pm

October 4th

AGM at 7:30pm
