    Slow cooked honey Lamb Shoulder with truffle mash, goats curd and broad beans (gf)
    24 hour Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder with fennel puree, baby carrots, broccolini and vin cotto jus (gf)
    Sumac spiced Cauliflower Steak with your choice of side and salsa verde (v)(gf)
    Great Southern Pinnacle Porterhouse medium rare served with red win jus and chips

Entry Fee for Show of Excellence @ $10.00 per car

Show of Excellence cars need to be parked by 10:00am
