BMWCCV MOTORSPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP ROUNDS IN 2020
The BMWCCV Motorsport Championship in 2020 will be contested over 5 sprint rounds:
Sunday 23rd February, Sandown, Round 1 - completed
Sunday 15th March, Phillip Island, Round 2 - completed
Saturday 18th April, Sandown, Round 3 - cancelled due to Covid-19
Sunday 7th June, Tailem Bend SA, Round 4 - cancelled due to Covid-19
Sunday 19th July 2020, Sandown -cancelled due to Covid-19
Sunday 30th August, Winton - cancelled due to Covid-19
Saturday 19th September, Philip Island - cancelled due to Covid-19
Saturday 10th October, Sandown - cancelled due to COVID-19
Sunday 22nd November, Sandown, New Round 3 - completed
Saturday 5th December, Philip Island, New Round 4
Saturday 19th December, Philip Island, New Round 5
Covid-19 health principles competitors will need to follow:

Adhering to government guidelines including supporting the downloading of the COVIDSafe App

Maintaining good hygiene practices at the event and encouraging appropriate personal hygiene protocols

Following social distancing requirements and supporting the principle of “Get in, sprint, get out” i.e. when you finish your final run, head home.

Restriction of entry of competitor and engagement of officials and contractors if they have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or if they have had potential exposure to anyone that may be infected with COVID-19

Monitoring of compliance of with government and Motorsport Australia requirements through appointing a COVID-19 Event Checker at each event

The MSCA and BMWCCV are keen to get you back on track as soon as government restrictions and logistical issues can be managed.
